1. Price
Prices are per night for the whole villa and include up to 10 guests. Each additional guest is charged €60 per night, up to a maximum of 16. Cleaning is included.
2. Payment
a)Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival: €1,000 at the time of booking and the balance 30 days before arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival: full payment at the time of booking.
b) Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total on booking.
3. Cancellations
a) More than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
b) Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund. Less than 30 days: the amount paid is non-refundable. Bookings made on our website only: you may enjoy your stay on other dates within the following 6 months, subject to availability
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or other platforms are subject to each platform’s cancellation terms and do not include the change-of-dates option.
4. Pets
Up to 2 dogs, maximum 25 kg each, with a supplement of €150 per stay, which must be added when booking.
5. House rules
Maximum capacity: 16 guests. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping indoors. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 08:00.
6. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00.
